3 Properties at Gwithian Towans

EDS were asked to undertake the design of 3 new individual non mains foul drainage systems at Gwithian Towans.

The new systems replace an ageing shared septic tank which was performing poorly and showing signs of failure.

On site percolation testing was undertaken and a system designed for each unit to suit client requirements.

Having the design carried out up front allowed the client to seek competitive quotes for the system installation from several local groundworks contractors.
